We are hiring a Principal Software Engineer to join our team. While this role can be located anywhere in the United States, you may choose to work from our Washington, DC headquarters. Occasional travel may be required.

In Short

Own the technical engineering product portfolio and help define the vision for Rebellion Iris.
Guide, direct, and collaborate with the software engineering team.
Contribute hands-on to Rebellion Iris products.
Drive architectural decisions and serve as the subject matter expert.

Requirements

8+ years of professional work experience as a principal architect or senior software engineer.
Experience in productionizing high scale software capabilities.
Expertise in commercial cloud environments and on-prem environments.
Experience with edge deployments and data pipelines.
Experience in AI/ML products and ML operations workflow.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Go, Python, C++, GPRC, and Terraform.
Knowledge of containerization, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
Ability to communicate technical direction and roadmaps.
