Junior Analyst – Finance & Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Junior Analyst in Finance & Accounting at JLL will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

In Short

• Process various types of accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare and post month-end close journal entries.
• Assist accountants with A/P issues.
• Answer property inquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Monitor compliance with A/P policies.
• Prepare monthly bank and mortgage reconciliation.
• Analyze cash deposits against tenant accounts.
• Process weekly A/P for multiple properties.
• Assist in training new A/P employees.
• Gather data on department’s processing metrics.

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate with a strong Finance & Accounts background.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Impactful communication skills.
• Consistency in values and work ethics.
• Working knowledge of MS Office required.
