Join JLL's workplace technology team as an Audio Visual Technician, where you'll be the technical expert ensuring flawless meeting experiences for internal teams, clients, and C-level executives.

In Short

• Configure meeting rooms for specific requirements including AV equipment deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot AV equipment issues in real-time.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections and preventive maintenance on AV assets.
• Support VIP-level video conference operations and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Manage AV inventory and maintain comprehensive records of equipment.
• Execute setup and breakdown for special events and large-scale gatherings.
• Participate in team meetings and generate administrative reports.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure while providing superior customer service.
• Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Support diverse client populations and enhance service delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in AV support.
• Expertise with audio visual equipment including projectors and video conferencing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel capabilities.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and setup/breakdown furniture.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Experience with conferencing platforms like MS Teams and Cisco Webex.
• AV training certifications or technical education is preferred.
• Experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of network connectivity for meeting room technology.
• Experience in event planning or special events coordination is desirable.
