Audiovisual Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Audiovisual Service Technician will join the Mission Systems Operations team to support end users and customers with audiovisual systems, ensuring high operational readiness and resolving technical issues.

In Short

• Daily onsite AV system troubleshooting and repair.
• Event support including setup and breakdown.
• Preventative maintenance and checks of AV systems.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Complete training programs to stay updated on AV technology.
• Requires active U.S. Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites.
• Formal education in Electronics preferred.
• Relocation offered based on eligibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience for level 3, 5+ years for level 4.
• Willingness to upgrade to Full Scope Polygraph.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to walk, stand, and climb regularly.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications in AV technology are a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
