Facility Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery.
• Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term projects.
• Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage capital and expense budgets.
• Assist in developing the annual management plan for buildings.
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours.
• Minimum of 6 years industry experience required.
• Strong organizational and management skills needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate and building systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Experience in corporate environment or as a consultant.
