Emergency Response Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Emergency Response Program Manager will support clients in planning and coordinating disaster response and crisis management activities, enhancing their Emergency Response Group programs while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

In Short

• Manage client ERG programs for 1100 facilities.
• Travel to various sites throughout the US when needed - less than 20% travel.
• Provide expert guidance on ERG strategy and compliance.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and support incident reporting.
• Develop and manage ERG training plans.
• Monitor ERG performance and communicate with leadership.
• Assist in creating annual ERBC plans.
• Contribute to HSSE risk assessments.
• Collaborate on Disaster Recovery Plan development.
• Coordinate and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements

• 3+ years in emergency response management or related field.
• Strong understanding of HSSE regulations.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with data analysis and incident command systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Adaptability to manage priorities in dynamic situations.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CBCP, CEM, etc.).
