Overview

As an Escrow Officer at One Real Title, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth transactions by overseeing the closing process, managing escrow accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Review and analyze title reports and legal documents.
• Coordinate with title examiners, attorneys, and insurance companies.
• Prepare closing documents accurately and on time.
• Conduct closings in accordance with state regulations.
• Oversee disbursement of funds and document recording.
• Maintain accurate records for each transaction.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow management systems.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education in real estate is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in escrow and title services.
• Notary certification preferred.
• Active Escrow Officer license is a plus.
