• We are seeking an Application and Cloud Security Engineer to join our IT team.
• Lead the integration of security best practices into software development and infrastructure operations.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and harden Kubernetes clusters.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to ensure system resilience.
• Integrate AppSec throughout the SDLC.
• Design and implement cloud security controls in AWS/GCP.
• Harden Kubernetes clusters and audit deployments.
• Develop internal security tooling and assist with incident response.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring development and infrastructure teams.
• 3+ years of experience in AppSec, CloudSec, or K8s security.

Requirements

• Secure coding and threat modeling using OWASP/NIST/CSA frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tools like Helm and Terraform.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners such as Trivy and kube-bench.
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring and security.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detection and prevention.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
