Overview

Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Engineering to join our organization and contribute to the comprehensive sourcing, recruiting, and placement lifecycle for Engineering project resource requirements.

In Short

• Perform recruiting activities including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Determine applicant qualifications through interviews and assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS system and Excel.
• Develop a network of candidates and referrals.
• Communicate job and candidate status to hiring managers.
• Conduct headhunting and technical interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Source candidates using job boards to build strong pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR to integrate candidates into the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role.
• 3+ years of recruiting for technical jobs in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience recruiting Engineering disciplines is highly preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of ATS systems, particularly CATS.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Understanding of HR guidelines and requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service focus.
