Overview

You will be responsible for leading experimentation initiatives and evolving the user journey, directly impacting business metrics. You will work strategically, influencing the squad's roadmap and conducting ambiguous projects to elevate the quality of design solutions to maximize conversion, activation, and retention.

• Experience with lean discovery and continuous validation.
• Clear communication and ability to influence decisions in multidisciplinary teams.
