In Short

  • Provide multi-channel reactive support (chat, ticket, email, and WhatsApp) related to our product portfolio, solving financial inquiries.
  • Ensure a welcoming, agile, and accurate service focusing on the customer experience.
  • Monitor and meet metrics related to service performance.
  • Contribute to achieving team goals, which vary according to the company's moment.
  • Ensure adherence to area playbooks to minimize errors and maintain consistency in financial processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the service area by providing feedback to technical and financial operations teams about problems, bugs, or improvement opportunities encountered during customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service in dynamic and high-demand environments, with basic knowledge of customer service processes and metrics.
  • Recent experience in simultaneous and synchronous service (chat) and/or dynamic channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, handling contingency situations and changing priorities.
  • Enjoys providing service and having daily contact with the public.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets.
