• Conceptualization, implementation, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Budget control and scaling of campaigns considering KPIs.
• Analysis and reporting of campaign data for continuous performance improvement.
• Close communication with clients to present new strategies.
• Collaboration with the Creative Team to create high-performing static or video ads.
• Conducting thorough brand and website audits to understand target audiences, business goals, and products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in performance marketing.
• Proficient in managing larger Meta advertising budgets.
• Creativity and innovation in developing Paid Social strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting marketing data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Independence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ambitious personality focused on improving performance.
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads.
