Overview

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) is a critical role at RayzeBio, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to facilitate scientific exchange and support the development of innovative cancer therapies.

In Short

• Serve as the primary medical resource for external stakeholders.
• Identify medical needs and develop relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
• Engage in scientific discussions to ensure safe use of clinical trial compounds.
• Act as a therapeutic area expert and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Conduct presentations and facilitate research collaborations.
• Participate in congresses and scientific meetings.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Support the launch and commercialization of RayzeBio products.
• Contribute to the development of key opinion leaders within the therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and training.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree preferred (PhD, Pharm D, MD, DO) or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of oncology MSL experience with radiopharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and product development.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Current licensure in respective fields, if applicable.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
• High level of ethics and integrity required.
