In Short

• Providing an excellent first point of contact service to employees and external visitors.
• Receiving and transferring internal and external phone calls.
• Arranging conferences, meetings, or travel reservations for office personnel.
• Managing meeting rooms, hotdesks, and the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and assisting with general queries.
• Overseeing corporate apartments and managing related logistics.
• Tracking and obtaining invoices of purchases.
• Assisting Office Manager with internal company events.
• Overseeing office stock and company merchandise inventory.
• Managing courier bookings and parcel deliveries.

Requirements

• 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent all-round administrative abilities.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Good multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous reception experience is required.
