Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the development of innovative products that have a lasting, measurable impact on young people and educators worldwide. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and learning experts to create meaningful digital experiences that enable the next generation to realise their full potential through the power of computing and digital technologies.

In Short

• Translate data, user research, and business goals into actionable insights.
• Define clear success criteria for products and features.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Product Designers.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage and own the product roadmap.
• Partner with UX Researchers for user research.
• Lead discussions within cross-functional teams.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback.
• Maintain transparent communication across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within agile teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to collaborate with colleagues in the U.S. and U.K.
• Ability to drive projects forward collaboratively.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven approach.
• Empathy and a pragmatic attitude.
• Experience building consensus across global teams.
• An interest in education or digital making.
