• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features for RapidSOS UNITE.
• Lead strategic architectural decisions for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Engineer dynamic, responsive user interfaces for public safety systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance current applications.
• Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
• Own meaningful parts of the platform and contribute to its growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 3+ years of developing scalable frontend applications with React/Redux.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in coding best practices.
• Expertise in problem solving and debugging.
• Willingness to collaborate in person quarterly.
