Overview

As a Senior Technical Lead in Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects focused on sustainable water management, while mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• Expertise in water/wastewater linear infrastructure design.
• Experience with pumping stations and water storage design is a plus.
• Strong mentoring and personnel development skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical knowledge effectively.
• Experience with trenchless technology is desirable.
• Client-facing experience and strong existing client relationships preferred.
