Overview

The Program Coordinator will play a key role in translating insights from field implementation and research into actionable learning, improving systems, and enhancing staff capacity at Raising The Village.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in international development.
• Strong design skills for training materials.
• Proven facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent qualitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with program frameworks and M&E.
• Cross-cultural experience is an asset.
• Experience developing policy briefs or technical outputs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
