Raftelis is searching for a new Associate Consultant to join our Organizational Excellence team, supporting work in Strategic Planning and Organizational Assessment practices.

In Short

• Support organizational assessments and strategic planning projects.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data.
• Contribute to reports and presentations.
• Prepare materials for client meetings.
• Provide logistical support during retreats and workshops.
• Collaborate with consultants on various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or related field.
• Ability to work within a small team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 25%).
• Drive to learn and improve continuously.
