Membership Coordinator, Farmers of Color Network - Remote

Overview

The FOCN (Farmers of Color Network) Membership Coordinator will primarily focus on member engagement, supporting administrative and programmatic needs of the network which will contribute to implementation of the program’s work plan.

In Short

• Lead FOCN member management and maintain accurate records.
• Track needs and trends of FOCN membership.
• Complete reporting on FOCN program activities and impacts.
• Organize weekly FOCN staff check-ins.
• Act as primary contact for FOCN inquiries.
• Collaborate with program teams on outreach and referrals.
• Work with the Farm Services Director on program evaluation.
• Coordinate member programming and organize workshops.
• Develop relationships with farmers and partners.
• Attend conferences for outreach about network programming.

Requirements

• Active listener and self-starter.
• Experience with data entry and CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Commitment to the mission of RAFI.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and timelines.
• Success in collaborative work with stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in G-Suite systems.
