Overview

The Clinical Support Dosimetrist at Radformation will be responsible for providing assistance to clinics using Radformation software, ensuring they receive high-quality support and solutions tailored to their needs.

In Short

• Respond to inquiries from clinics via phone and email.
• Provide solutions to clinics' issues independently or with programming team assistance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Success and other departments.
• Document communications in the CRM system.
• Participate in weekly Support meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong critical thinking and presentation skills.
• Passion for excellence in patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
