Lead Platform Enterprise Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect with a strong background in Infrastructure, and a proven ability to navigate and execute complex multi-cloud strategies for enterprise customers. As part of Rackspace team, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that span across multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience leading large-scale transformations in high-impact industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology solutions and architecture.
• Proven experience with enterprise cloud architecture across Azure and AWS.
• Strong experience managing cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker Containerization.
• Operational expertise on public cloud platforms.
• Leadership experience in mentoring technical teams.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with modernizing applications to microservices preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills required.
