Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
  • Experience in human services or relevant training.

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience mentoring and engaging with families.
  • Ability to connect families to community supports.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
