Overview

The SMT Process Engineer at Rockwell Automation will develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, ensuring productivity and sustainability while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electromechanical or related engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in SMT processes.
• Expertise in solder paste printing, SPI, pick and place, and reflow ovens.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt).
• Experience with DFM and relevant software tools.
• Understanding of ERP and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of cost and finance concepts, including CAPEX management.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
