Overview

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support low voltage panel testing and new product introduction activities, contributing to the productivity and sustainability of global manufacturing.

• Responsible for low voltage panel test support.
• Develop and guide the testing process for completed assemblies.
• Manage project financials, timelines, and action plans.
• Participate in procurement and validation activities for test equipment.
• Provide guidance on calibration schedules for test instrumentation.
• Design electrical systems and select proper PLC components.
• Create documentation for product testing and coverage.
• Support training activities for manufacturing test technicians.
• Participate in annual capital planning and project execution.
• Collaborate across departments to meet productivity goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in panel building and testing.
• Knowledge of AC and DC motor fundamentals.
• Experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is desired.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
