In Short

• Help expand R-Zero's platform capabilities.
• Work on customer-facing web features and backend analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, Firmware, and Customer Success teams.
• Participate in Agile software development processes.
• Guide architecture decisions for optimized systems.
• Improve existing infrastructure for security and reliability.
• Work directly with customers to solve issues.
• Enhance process and documentation for efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical peers.
• Take ownership of engineering processes and culture.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in building modern applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in successful product delivery as part of a small team.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling and transformation pipelines.
• Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Pragmatic judgment in solution development.
• Degree in computer science or relevant experience.
