In Short

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join the Code Science team.
Responsible for developing and maintaining language frontends for the Joern platform.
Work includes interfacing with compiler and parser libraries.
Collaborate with a distributed remote team around the world.
Implement and maintain language frontends, particularly for C#.
Translate source code compiler/parser representation into Joern Code Property Graphs.
Support newly-introduced language features in the frontends.
Write integration tests for compatibility assurance.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
Maintain technical documentation for consistency and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in software development in Scala and the JVM ecosystem or C#.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of parser generators, compiler programming, and program analysis is highly desirable.
Experience in software development in C# and the Roslyn SDK is also desirable.
Knowledge of static program analysis methods is a plus.
Experience in design and development of large integration test suites is a plus.
