In Short

• Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of AI-driven conversational agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Design and implement AI conversational flow logic.
• Create and manage dialogue state, entity extraction, and intent recognition models.
• Enhance chatbot capabilities through custom scripts and API calls.
• Optimize chatbot performance through continuous training and testing.
• Document conversational logic and workflow diagrams for scalability.
• Work with backend developers for system integrations.
• Experience with LLM-based conversational AI technologies.
• Engage with product teams to align chatbot functionalities with business goals.

Requirements

• Expertise in designing conversational flows and intent recognition systems.
• Familiarity with conversation modeling techniques.
• Experience with frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, and Amazon Lex.
• Ability to integrate chatbots with databases and APIs.
• Strong analytical skills for optimizing chatbot accuracy.
• Experience in testing and maintaining AI systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-based models is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning for dialogue management.
• Previous work with healthcare chatbot solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent collaboration and documentation skills.
