Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute projects for our most significant insurance clients. The ideal candidate will anticipate potential issues, enhance our product release processes, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key insurance clients.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

• Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations.

• Demonstrate the ability to hold executive-level stakeholders accountable.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry dynamics.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Technical proficiency to understand software development processes.
• Experience in building templates and frameworks for process improvements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
