Overview

The Merchandising Manager, Women's Outerwear role is responsible for delighting Quince’s growing customer base by expanding and managing the product assortment on Quince, specifically in the women’s outerwear category.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in women's outerwear.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of growth in roles and responsibilities.
• Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Motivated to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Continuous learner and highly curious.
