With over 50 million users worldwide, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a Senior Manager of Paid Media to lead our global Media investments.

• Lead global paid marketing initiatives.
• Drive scalable growth and optimize media performance.
• Manage media performance optimization and reporting.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing.
• Expand and manage a global network of affiliates.
• Work cross-functionally with Analytics and Product teams.
• Champion a growth mindset within the team.
• Ensure all marketing investments are data-driven.
• Manage large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience with DTC and B2C subscription-based models.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in Paid Media, Growth Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience with full-funnel campaigns and global media strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics.
• Comfortable with data platforms and tools such as Google Ads.
• Managerial experience with remote teams.
• Experience with selecting and managing Media Agencies.
• Familiarity with AI and writing tools is a bonus.
