Marketing Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist focused on Marketing Analytics to elevate decision‑making for the Marketing org. You will own the end‑to‑end analytics workflow—from data engineering and statistical modeling to experimentation and dashboarding—turning complex data into insight‑rich narratives that move the business.

In Short

• Support building, automating, and maintaining dashboards in Amplitude and Chargebee.
• Audit and evolve the current attribution model into a robust framework.
• Design and execute incrementality tests to quantify campaign lift.
• Develop methodologies to measure business impact of programs.
• Translate insights into channel mix and budget allocation.
• Conduct analyses on customer cohorts and funnel points.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines.
• Communicate analyses in clear narratives to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics or similar role.
• Expertise with Amplitude and Chargebee is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and data-wrangling skills; proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with attribution models and actionable recommendations.
• Strong background in experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to quantify influencer and social impact.
• Excellent storytelling and visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields.
• Open to work in US time.
