In Short

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and optimize user-facing features.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance and accessibility.
Contribute to technical discussions, architecture planning, and code reviews.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in front-end development.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth user experiences.

Requirements

A good grasp of React, Next.js, and TypeScript (professional or personal projects count!).
Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and workflows (e.g., Nx, Webpack, ESLint, etc.).
An eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
A collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and ready to contribute to team success.
An understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) is a plus, but a willingness to learn is more important.
Passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community or an interest in contributing to an inclusive and meaningful mission.
