In Short

Lead and mentor a data and business analytics team, driving their growth and accountability.
Develop and implement analytics strategies, managing data assets, solutions, and products to support organizational goals.
Design, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and transformation processes using tools like Mage or Apache Airflow.
Conduct data analysis, build statistical models, and provide actionable insights for decision-making and product development.
Collaborate with teams to define KPIs, create dashboards, and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends, promoting innovation and experimentation, including A/B testing and predictive analytics.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and security while optimizing infrastructure for efficient analysis.
Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years in analytics or a related field, with management experience.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines using, e.g., Mage or Apache Airflow.
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis.
Knowledge of modern data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Firebase).
Strong business acumen, innovation mindset, and ability to promote a data-driven culture.
High organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
