Junior Affiliate Manager - Remote

Overview

We are Quarks, a Ukrainian company creating products and technologies in the field of Social Discovery and online dating. We focus on developing high-load products that help people from around the world connect and communicate online.

In Short

• Manage existing partners and explore opportunities to scale collaborations.
• Search for and onboard new partners, maintaining partnerships.
• Collaborate with CRO, Data Science, and Product teams to develop and implement ideas and solutions.
• Work with the marketing analytics team to assess partner traffic and optimize advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CPA/SOI/ROI etc.).
• Familiarity with affiliate program operations and traffic tracking tools (Affise/Cake/Voluum/Binom).
• Basic experience in analytics: traffic optimization, funnel analysis.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers.
