• Serve as lead statistician for clinical trials including planning, analysing, and reporting.
• Develop and validate statistical models and analyses based on study protocols.
• Write statistical analysis plans and reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other statisticians in the group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols.
• Potential line management responsibility for junior statisticians.
• Lead statistical consultancy projects providing expert advice.
• Perform ad hoc statistical duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in statistical modelling and analysis.
• Proficiency in writing statistical analysis plans.
• Ability to mentor junior statisticians.
• Experience with regulatory requirements in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of frequentist and Bayesian methods.
• Experience with simulation methods is a plus.
