In Short

• Own and evolve the core “brain” service that powers Qu.
• Design, build, and operate multi-agent LLM systems.
• Ship fast Python services with FastAPI.
• Keep latency low, quality high, and evaluation continuous.
• Experience with low-latency communication and real-time systems.
• Multi-agent orchestration and reasoning & optimization.
• Programmatic prompt optimization and RAG engineering.
• Evaluation & observability for AI systems.
• Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in ML or backend engineering.
• Prior startup experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ML or backend engineering in product environments.
• Expert Python and strong FastAPI, asyncio, pydantic skills.
• Experience with low-latency text/voice systems.
• Working knowledge of agent patterns and eval-driven development.
• Hands-on with ReAct and CoT methodologies.
• Prior startup experience preferred.
