QSIC is reinventing in-store audio through innovative technology that enhances the retail experience. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Product Engineering team in developing Retail Media products.

In Short

• Lead a full stack Product Engineering team.
• Develop Retail Media products using Python/Django, React, and Golang.

Requirements

• Experience managing full stack software engineering teams.
• Experience in retail media, advertising, or adtech/martech.
• Strong knowledge of Python/Django, React, and Golang.
• Ability to lead cross-functional agile teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS services.
• Strong communication skills in a remote-first organization.
