Join our dynamic team at Redzone as a Readiness Coach and Project Manager, helping to lead the way in delivering exceptional project implementation experiences for our clients!

In Short

• Lead the customer journey from project initiation to onsite coaching, typically spanning 6-12 weeks.
• Participate in onsite success planning and readiness sessions.
• Validate systems and signals before coaching begins.
• Configure Redzone software to align with client manufacturing processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent deployments and conduct weekly status calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Assist onsite Continuous Improvement Coaches with configuration updates.
• Proactively address risks with clients and leadership teams.
• Document and refine project templates and training materials.
• Manage contractors for timely and cost-effective hardware setup.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of shop floor operations in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proven success managing software/system deployment projects.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of networking and software requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
