Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in underwriting and managing teams.
• Proven track record in developing underwriting workflows.
• Proficiency in configuring Underwriting Systems.
• Experience managing decentralized underwriting teams.
• Experience with strategic 3rd party fulfillment partners.
• Fintech environment experience preferred.
