Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Confident communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP (BW/HANA) is a plus.
• Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
