Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile).
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-centered visual and interaction design.
• Strong grasp of UX principles and a methodical, user-focused approach.
• Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Zeplin, and InVision.
• Great communication skills — both in presenting your work and collaborating with others.
• Comfortable managing your own time across multiple workstreams.
• A passion for pixel-perfect detail and design excellence.
• Knowledge of, or interest in, the world of sport is a bonus.
