As part of the Public Cloud Group, we specialize in assisting medium-sized companies in modernizing their IT structures and establishing them on a modern and secure foundation within the Public Cloud. We are currently over 470 people in the EU, with a growing trend, and have locations in the DACH region (Munich, Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Linz).

In Short

• Join as a Cloud Engineer Modern Work / Microsoft 365, starting January 2026.
• Work remotely or hybrid within the DACH region.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the administration and operation of Microsoft 365 for our clients.
• Handle first and second-level support requests in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Engage in ticket dispatching and technical problem resolution.
• Perform standard admin tasks such as user management and license assignments.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base.
• Participate in emergency on-call duties.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support for Microsoft products or a similar role.
• Fluent in German (B2) and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Relevant certifications in the Microsoft 365 area.
• Understanding of IT service and operational processes (ITIL basics advantageous).
• Structured and service-oriented working style.
• Experience with simple automation using PowerShell is desirable.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticket/project management systems is a plus.
