• Builds, develops, and mentors Marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing leadership experience
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering projects on time
• Experience working in a global, cross-regional context
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to measure impact
• Empathy and ability to inspire trust across teams
