Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer and Administrator is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for the full-stack development, advanced configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of PROVE's Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on role that blends Salesforce administration and development — you’ll be the go-to expert for everything from configuring Flows and page layouts to writing Apex code and building Lightning Web Components.

In Short

Design and implement scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL queries.
Build and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and custom apps tailored to business operations.
Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud (Community) portals.
Independently own Salesforce architecture decisions.
Execute large-scale data migrations and maintain data integrity.
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Lead Salesforce-related projects from scoping to deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Advanced proficiency with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience designing scalable solutions with REST APIs.
Strong understanding of security architecture and permission sets.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently.
