Requirements

Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Solid technical background across the IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
Experience with PowerShell and/or programming languages like C#, .NET, SQL
Experience with RPA tools like Rewst and Immybot preferred
Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya preferred
