Overview

ProSidian seeks a highly qualified Nuclear Energy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE, focusing on managing and supporting operations related to nuclear energy, research, and environmental management.

In Short

• Provide services and support as a Nuclear Energy Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Conduct independent technical reviews in centrifuge design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with DOE to assess reports and presentations related to centrifuge development.
• Ensure compliance with program schedules and performance metrics.
• Assist in hiring and retention of key personnel for project execution.
• Mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
• Support coordination of regulatory boundary activities with DOE contractors.
• Develop analyses and technical assessments to support DOE management decisions.
• Provide project management and engineering assistance for uranium enrichment capability.
• Attend and review reports and presentations on centrifuge technology deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear energy technology development.
• In-depth knowledge of AC-100M centrifuge development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with DOE regulations.
