• ProSidian seeks an Operations Consultant to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford.
• Full-time position located in the CONUS - Northwest Region.
• Provide integrated consulting and operational business support for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Chief of Staff.
• Leverage knowledge of DOE Office of Environmental Management cleanup mission strategy.
• Advise senior management on processes and recommended tools.
• Conduct assessments and implement actions for systemic improvements.
• Prepare and present assessments and status reports to senior management.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings and site visits.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Hanford.
• Specific knowledge of DOE mission and senior management culture.
• Proven technical support and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID or able to meet entry requirements.
