Overview

ProSidian seeks a Judicial Branch Attorney-Advisor to support an engagement for an administrative agency of the United States federal court system, focusing on redesigning the pretrial services bond report.

In Short

• Provide legal support for redesigning bail reports.
• Assist in analyzing legal and policy-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Work with the ProSidian Engagement Team.
• Support the Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO).

Requirements

• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of two years post J.D. experience.
• Experience in criminal law and policy analysis.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience in federal or state legal environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
