Bilingual Spanish Virtual Medical Scribe - Remote

Overview

The scribe performs medical record documentation and clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction.

In Short

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Available to work two shifts per week (16-24 hours) or three shifts per week (32+ hours).
• Shift Need: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
• Prepare and assemble medical records to support healthcare providers.
• Transcribe medical documentation during patient visits.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to monitor lab results.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
• Work requires a personal computer and high-speed internet.
• Must reside in an approved state for virtual work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
• Ability to understand HIPAA regulations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Residency in a state approved for virtual work.
